     It is with much regret that IRWA announces the passing away of Tony Elfering. Tony was taken from us to be with his Lord and savior on August 24, 2009, in a tragic motorcycle accident. Tony was an IRWA wastewater technician for six years.

Tony will be sorely missed, our friend and colleague.
