IRWA is hiring for the Technical Trainer position. The Technical Trainer will have primary responsibility for development, delivery, review, and maintenance of the apprenticeship training programs and/or curriculum to ensure the training needs of Idaho Rural Water’s Water/Wastewater System Operations Specialist Apprenticeship programs are met. The Technical Trainer will also serve as needed to conduct other state approved industry related training courses statewide. Additionally, the Technical Trainer will use training assessments and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities for apprentice development and may co-facilitate with other subject matter experts.
