Classroom Training & Events

Idaho Rural Water Association offers training classes for drinking water and wastewater utility operations specialists as well as for other related industry professionals such as utility boards members, elected officials, clerks, and managers.  Unless otherwise specified all classes have been approved or are pending approval for drinking water or wastewater CEUs (Continuing Education Units) by the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) - formerly IBOL.

Webinar Wednesday! Source Water Protection 101

This one-hour course will discuss Source Water Protection Plans and why they are important for your communities to understand and implement. Core concepts, best practices, and effective takeaways for your community’s current environmental stewardship and responsibilities will be shared in this class.
